Technical Services Description
New: Phone Support
ExpressITech is pleased to announce startup of monthly Technical Service contracts, providing technical phone support to all of our customers. Our Revolution™ Reservation System specialists will respond to calls and inquiries promptly, in the order of calls received. Hours of operation are 11 am to 3 pm, Eastern Standard Time.
New: Remote Screen Access
As part of this highly effective service, we can use remote screen access, to see and make changes in your open browser on your desktop. This high-end service is included in our Technical Services for the competitive industry rate of $ 1 / minute. Better still, the first 20 minutes of technical services are included in your CRX Services package, and no sign-up is required for those 20 minutes.
New: Configuration Services
Are you focussed on day-to-day business operations? Do you want help modifying rate packages or making other big changes in your Revolution™ set-up? Our product specialists can go into Revolution™ Manager and make these changes for you. Ask for our Configuration Service and send us the description of changes to your rates or setup. Changes are not made while you are on the phone. There is a minimum charge of 15 minutes or $15, and additional configuration service is at a rate of $1 / minute.
Free Website Hosting and eMail with Revolution™ PL
When using Revolution™ Private Label Core or Pro products to provide on-line rental directly from your website, you qualify for ExpressITech’s free website Hosting and eMail services. Learn more about the Revolution Reservation System, for use at CRX and your private website.
Continued Free Email Support
Phone Support is combined with our free e-mail support program, including ticketing and tracking of all your inquiries.
Free Upgrades and New Features
ExpressITech provides customers with on-going free upgrades and maintenance of the Revolution™ Reservation System. New releases with new features are also provided at no charge to our customers. We believe that our complete Technical Services package provides excellent value to Revolution™ system customers.
